Pushing Print

Pushing Print is a not-for-profit organisation set up to promote and raise awareness of traditional and contemporary printmaking. The Pushing Print festival is brought to the public every year by local artists, businesses and residents working together and showcases work from local, national and international artists and printmakers at venues in the Old Town of Margate.

We were asked to design a newspaper to advertise and inform about the event. Taking our cues from the cover, created by by Phil Abel (Hand & Eye), we used a vibrant colour palette and letterpress technique throughout. For more information on Pushing Print, please visit pushingprint.co.uk
