Opposites, Colours, Shapes and Numbers is a series of books that contain colourful spreads of illustrations interleaved with transparent sheets. Each transparent sheet has a printed graphic on it and when flipped back and forth, magically transforms the picture on the spread beneath it. We also have a series of 5 books on the Five Senses:
I see…; I smell…; I taste…; I hear…; I touch…
which aim to raise awareness in young children of these senses in a fun and humorous way.
What smells do you like? What is your favourite food? What can you see in the dark or in the shadows? How does a butterfly taste its food? How does an insect smell? These books get little ones thinking about their senses, with even a few thoughts on how animals use their senses, so there is plenty to talk about! Each book has 12 colourful spreads and two transparent interactive pages.
